The collections of the Estonian University of Life Sciences include ten natural history collections with nearly 1.3 million items.
Among them are classical natural science collections (botanical, mycological, zoological, hydrobiological), which are the result of systematic research in their respective fields, and teaching collections, which are the result of earlier agricultural, veterinary and forestry studies (zoomedicum collections, soil museum, Polli’s collections).
